Storage instructions
The product should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. After opening, cover with oil and refrigerate for a few days.
Indications
It is suitable for the preparation of bruschettas or excellent pastas : especially tagliatelle and pappardelle; ideally suited for meat, potato and egg-based recipes.
