Where our truffle is born

The truffle constitutes a very important resource for Molise which is one of the richest regions of this jewel of the subsoil and it is among one of the greatest Italian producers.

The deep bond of the truffle with some plants finds its room in the wide and variegated biodiversity of the woods of High Molise, a cradle for fine truffles that turn out to be precious only when they are extracted.

Arbor Iovis truffles arrive from: the pristine environment, where the rare tuber has been harvested since ancient times, from the stories of the farmers who, without knowing the real value of it, they used them to feed their animals, up to the time of the discovery of the organoleptic properties of this precious product of Molise. Its properties made it take the lead in many typical culinary combinations of the region.
